Nope! Our web builder is just one of the awesome features we offer. While the web builder is automatically included in our software, you can absolutely just use the CRM, social media planner, funnels, or any other parts you'd like. Your business, your way.

EO Web Systems is built utilizing the incredible software that is High Level. Building a system of this magnitude costs hundreds of thousands of dollars and would take years to develop. We, along with many other High Level agencies, have customized their software and implemented our own upgrades to set ourselves apart from the rest. What makes us different, you ask? It's our customer service. Think of us as your tech BFF. We're here to help you understand the why's and how's of the software, holding your hand all along the way. Because we don't ever want you to cry tears of tech frustration.

Absolutely! As long as the other agency allows for your account to be transferred over, we'll help you get everything migrated over in a flash.

Transparency is a key pillar of EO Web Systems. That means what you see is what you get. Included in our platform monthly/annual prices is the whole spectrum of the software. You'll pay a tiny bit for each email sent ($.007 per email), $.008 for each text sent (if you decide to send texts), and monthly fees to integrate your WhatsApp account or host your WordPress site (again, should you decide to do that). Everything else is included. Always.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing our support team at [email protected], giving a minimum of 7 days notice to cancel your account. We don’t offer refunds or pro rated amounts, but you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the platform until your cancellation takes effect on the day or so before your next billing date.

For annual subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and, as such, it will not renew after the initial 12 months. We do not offer refunds or pro rated amounts on annual subscriptions.

If you have signed up to the monthly subscription and would like to switch to an annual subscription, our team will be happy to help transfer this for you. Please allow at least 7 days prior to your monthly billing date for us to process the change from a monthly to annual subscription. Switching from an annual subscription to monthly subscription is not possible during your first 12 months; however, if at the end of your 12 month subscription you would prefer to pay monthly instead, our team can happily help you with this. Again, please email us at least 7 days prior to your subscription renewal date to make modifications.

We don't think you should be financially penalized for being multi-passionate. While you can build as many websites as you'd like within one EO Web Systems account, if you have unrelated businesses, you'll definitely benefit from having separate accounts. Email us at [email protected], and for only $67 a month you can add another account. While there are no restrictions to the number of additional accounts you can add to your original account, all accounts will be under your name and will use one credit card for all purchases.

Negatory! Our platform isn't based around a contract or set time frame. If you ever decide to cancel, just send us an email within 7 days of your plan's renewal and we'll take it from there. See our specific cancellation policy above for all the details.

Absolutely! We're not the type of tech company that leaves you hanging. We'll be with you every step of the way to help you be as successful as possible. Inside the EOWS dashboard you'll find several ways to get all the help you need. We have a massive help library filled with step-by-step instructions on how to do everything.
